Since the British singers death on January 10th, both fans and celebrities around the world have been paying their respects with tributes in all sorts of creative ways.
Fans flocked to lay flowers and memorabilia beneath a mural of David Bowie in Brixton, England the day after his death on January 11th.

On Saturday January 16th, Bruce Springsteen opened his The River Tour by covering Bowie’s hit ‘Rebel Rebel’. He followed by thanking the late singer for supporting his music “back in early days”, noting Bowie had also covered some of his music in earlier years.

Belgian astronomers have paid tribute to David Bowie by dedicating a constellation to the self proclaimed “Starman”. The constellation consists of seven stars that, when connected, create the lightening bolt seen on the cover of Bowie’s Aladdin Sane and the iconic symbol associated with Bowie.

The former stars death sparked creative fan tributes around the world, from a street sign in Austin Texas being changed to David Bowie Street to the Hollywood Walk of Fame being grazed with flowers, candles and letters.
