George Clooney Visiting Sydney
Ladies, clear your calendar for December 12 because the one and only George Clooney will be in Sydney!
The Oscar winning star will be joining domestic goddess Martha Stewart for the Global Leadership Forum at the Sydney Convention 
Centre. Topics at the one-day seminar will include future trends, brand management, business strategy and growth, technology and how to inspire people.
Clooney, who is also a very active charity campaigner, will be speaking about his career as well as his charity work in Sudan, inspiring leaders to use their status for good, releasing a statement saying, “There is more attention on celebrity than ever before—and there is a use for that besides selling products.”
Leonardo DiCaprio and Alyce Crawford
Just yesterday Leonardo DiCaprio and Blake Lively officially announced their split and already the womaniser has his sights set on a young model.
The latest girl to catch his eye is former Australia’s Next Top Model contestant Alyce Crawford. The pair met at Beach Haus, the Kings Cross hotspot that has become a favourite haunt for Leo.
An insider told news.com.au, “It’s been going on about two weeks. He texts her when he wants to see her and they hook up a few times a week.” Crawford confirmed the pair met but denied the pair were a couple, saying, “We have a lot of mutual friends and he seems really nice. We’re just friends.”
Will this Kiama babe be a lasting romance or another quick fling? Only time will tell.
Kardashian Kopy-Kat Scandal
Already the Kardashians have been the brunt of many an endorsement scandal. The Kardashian Kollection handbag line was said to be a copy, many of their clothes are replicas and the sisters famously got into trouble after the exorbitant fees on their credit card were revealed.
Now, Kim Kardashian’s jewellery line Belle Noel is under strife with designer Alexis Bittar accusing the star of copying his designs.
The designer told Post, “In the reality TV world, there are so many people coming out with lines to capitalize on their TV shows. They are not designers and they are just stealing. I passed the Dash pop up store on Broadway, and I saw that Kim’s pieces were very similar to mine, and she definitely has been taking note (of my designs). The tricky thing is that we have sent pieces to Kim in the past to wear, so now I have told my staff we cannot send anything to her. She was definitely influenced by my designs without a doubt.”
Kardashian’s rep disputed the accusations but there’s no doubt there are many similarities between her pieces and those of Bittar.
