31 Kandles for Kim
The most famous and certainly most extravagant of the Kardashian family, Kim, celebrated her 31st birthday over the weekend and, as with every event, it was no small party.
Kim and her husband of three months Kris Humphries were spotted in New York’s The Darby on Friday night. The birthday girl was seen carrying balloons into her hotel room and later the pair emerged and headed to the Meatpacking District for dinner with sister Kourtney and her boyfriend Scott Disick. Pink and her husband Carey Hart just happened to be dining in the same restaurant and the singer took to the stage and sung ‘Killing Me Softly’ for Kim.
Celebrations didn’t stop there, the couple, who seemed far from the break-up rumours have been predicting, made their way to Vegas on Saturday night where they enjoyed dinner at Lavo with Kris Jenner, Khloe Kardashian and her husband Lamar Odom. The group the moved to Marquee at the Cosmopolitan Hotel where they partied until 4am before taking a private jet back to LA…only in Kardashian Land!
And Kim has more to celebrate than just her birthday, last week it was announced the reality star has secured a role in Tyler Perry’s new flick ‘The Marriage Counsellor’. We can’t see Kim acting as anything other than, well, herself and we can only hope her foray into acting is a little less painful than her attempt at a singing career!
Ryan Reynolds Boston Birthday
Ryan Reynolds also celebrated a birthday over the weekend-his 35th-and Gossip Girl star Blake Lively was on hand to help celebrate. The blonde beauty visited Reynolds at his Boston apartment where he is staying during filming of his new movie.
The pair were also spotted out in New York earlier in the week with Sandra Bullock and Lively, 24, was seen on set of Reynolds latest flick. These three sightings have the world sure that the pair are involved.
A source recently told People, “They are very much a couple. They’re really happy together.”We love Blake and Ryan together and we’re hoping this is one Hollywood pair that sticks!
Kirsten Dunst’s Thirties Style
29-year-old Kirsten Dunst is getting ready for a massive wardrobe clear-out because she wants to start dressing her ago. The actress, who turns 30 in April, told T Magazine, “I’m currently cleaning out my closet of childish dresses. I want to start dressing like I’m 30. Some of the things I have are like, I can’t wear this anymore, it’s not cute.”
The star says she hates shopping because, “People bother you” but that she loves her photo shoot costumes and feels most comfortable in vintage clothing, saying the 1920s looks in ‘The Cat’s Meow’ were some of her favourites and that, “There was a white dress that I would have loved to have kept. People look better in black and white-it’s so much more powerful.”
