Oprah Winfrey has asked Lindsay Lohan the tough questions, Jessica Gomes turned down a role in the controversial Robin Thicke’s Blurred Lines clip, and Australia is about to get a very fabulous and very famous new resident!

Jessica Gomes Disses Blurred Lines
We have to admit, when Robin Thicke’s Blurred Lines comes on the radio in the office, we are partial to a bit of a dance-off. But the controversial track and accompanying film clip is undeniably a little sexist and has drawn much debate and criticism.
As it turns out, the gorgeous Jessica Gomes, who walked the runway for David Jones last week, could have been implicated in all the controversy!
This morning the model told Nova FM’s Fitzy and Wippa that she was offered a role in the Blurred Lines clip but decided to turn it down! She said, “I actually read the treatment for it and it said: ‘Standing in a G-string, sucking Robin Thicke’s fingers. My agent was like, “I don’t think so”. But now it’s a great song and track.”
Given that the clip has been viewed over 40 million times, Gomes would have had a lot of exposure had she participated but this is one model whose star is on the rise and she has no reason to regret her decision.

Oprah Interview with Lindsay Lohan
A snippet from the much-anticipated Oprah Winfrey interview with Lindsay Lohan has been revealed and it is set to be just as hard-hitting as expected.
In the newly released teaser, which shows parts of Lindsay’s first post-rehab interview, Oprah asks the Mean Girls star point blank, “Are you an addict?”
Of course the answer is not revealed and the only other hint we get at the contents of the interview is another (slightly strange, we must admit) question, “what does it feel like to be both an adjective and a verb for a child star gone wrong?”
The full interview will be aired in the US on August 8 and will begin an eight-episode docu-series on Oprah’s OWN network.
It is said Lohan is currently travelling with a sobriety coach and has asked all alcohol be removed from the places she stays.

Angelina Jolie to Move to Australia
Last week we heard Angelina Jolie made a very short and very secret quick trip to Sydney with her son Pax in tow and now the reason for that trip is clear.
As it turns out, the star was most likely getting her bearings in our fine city as she is set to relocate here for several months.
It’s not just our superior weather that’s drawing Jolie here, the 39-year-old will be shooting upcoming drama Unbroken – her second directorial effort about the true survival story of American track star Louis Zamperini whose plane crashed in the Pacific Ocean during WW2.
Originally the majority of the film was set to be shot in Hawaii, but since the production office at the Waikiki Marriott has been shutdown, the project has been moved to our shores.
Universal Pictures have confirmed that Jolie was indeed scouting locations last week and it is said Jolie toured Fox Studios at Moore Park and parts of Sydney’s surrounding hinterland.
The entire Jolie-Pitt clan may be relocating as soon as September this year. Stay tuned for more updates!
