1. Cabot Cheddar Cloth Matured
This gourmet cheese is a natural rinded traditional cheddar, with layers of nutty, slightly fruity and nearly buttery flavour, with the mellowness of caramel undertones made from pasteurised milk
2. Carles Roquefort AOC
Roquefort is made from fresh sheep’s milk, taken from sheep grazing on the limestone plateau in the south of France. It has powerful flavour which is even a little spicy.
3. Fromage de Meaux
Fromage de Meauxis a Brie-style cheese from Seine-et-Marne, France with wild flavours of fresh butter, mushroom, and white pepper.
4. Chevrot 200g
Chevrot is a Creamy, even molten under the rind, yet firm and velvety smooth at the heart, type of goat’s cheese.
5. Comte AOP Will Studd Selected 18mth
Comté is a pressed cooked cheese made with unpasteurized milk. Comté is characterized by its surprisingly rich flavour – this is not a cheese that always tastes the same!
