DIY Treatments
InEssence Essential Oils
Oil and hair doesn’t exactly sound like a desirable match but, in fact, one of the best things you can do to keep your hair healthy throughout winter is use essential oils on a regular basis.
InEssence have a range of beautiful essential oils that penetrate deeply into the hair strand and follicle to encourage growth and support the keratinisation process.
How To:
There are two methods to distributing oils in the hair…
Hair Rinse Fill a 100ml blending bottle with warm water and add three drops in total of oils then shake the bottle. Just before finishing a shower, pour through the hair right from the scalp to the ends and do not rinse out. Dry as per normal.
Warm Oil Warm 10ml of jojoba using a vaporiser then add three drops of your preferred essential oil. Once the oil has reached the right temperature, apple to the scalp with a pastry brush. Massage into the roots of the hair and leave in for two hours or overnight then wash out using shampoo.
