Read this if you’re thinking of implementing the chocolate ban on the little miss and mister.
This latest healthy treat from cleanKIDS is exactly what the Friday afternoon doctor ordered. Entertain away!
Seeds are a powerhouse of nutrition – rich in minerals (magnesium, manganese, selenium, zinc, iron); vitamins (Bs, folate, E), protein, fibre and essential fatty acids – so they are a great food for kids. These bite size snaps are thin and crispy with just enough chocolate to keep it all together. Totally yum, and super quick to make – just make sure you wait till they are set!
