Bachelor fans across Australia are in shock with the outcome, as not only did Richie’s family adore her, but every moment in the lead up to the final decision rose was lending a favouring hand to Nikki.

“I feel it’s me. Every ounce of me says it’s me,” the 28-year-old assured herself, moments before hearing Richie’s decision.
Building her hopes up even more before letting her know his heart was with Alex, he said“you’re like no woman I’ve ever met before,” he told her. “I think about what a relationship and what a future would look like with you. And how easy it would be for our lives to come together. How loyal and how trustworthy you would be. And you’d stick by me through thick and thin.”
The outcome has taken a firm stance across social media, with celebs and fans alike expressing their anger toward his decision.
Nikki handled the decision with elegance and class, walking away with a broken heart, but not before telling Richie “’I love you enough… I wish you all the very, very best. I thought what we had was special but what you have with Alex must just top all of that. So, good luck”

After Nikki leaves with teary eyes back to her limo, Alex’s rolls up for the final Bachelor moment fans wait an entire season for. Richie expresses his love for Alex, saying, “You are the woman I want to spend the rest of my life with”
The single mum says, “I can honestly say I’m just the happiest I’ve ever been. I just can’t wait for this chapter to continue and (to) start our life together. As for Elijah, you’re going to be wonderful, he’s going to adore you and we’re both going to be so lucky to have you in our life.”
Richie gave Alex a diamond ring as a token of his commitment to their relationship.
