It’s been a day full of surprises in the celebrity circles. We never expected bootilicious Beyonce to be censored of her curves, we can’t believe another paternity scam has been raised against Bieber, and finally, some truly thrilling news from our favourite proponents of Girl Power.

We never thought we’d see the day when photo-editors would try and make Beyonce less bootilicious. None the less, that day has come, H&M have retouched Beyonce’s images for their bikini campaign and the singer is said to be enraged.
‘She’s a true diva and was furious that she had been given such a snubbing,’ said an insider. ‘Her people refused to give the pictures the green light, so H&M were forced to use the originals.’
You go girl! We’re proud to hear that Beyonce is standing her ground and being every bit the fierce, independent woman we know her to be. We’ve been envying Beyonce’s curves for years now – she’s sold millions of records singing about them – so we can’t imagine why H&M would want to hide them away. The brand have been vocal about clearing up the scandal and insist that they love Beyonce’s body.
‘Beyonce was our only choice for this campaign and we were delighted when she said yes,’ said a rep for H&M. ‘Our goal has always been to portray Beyonce as the strong and beautiful woman she is.’
Poor, squeaky-clean Justin Bieber has been hit by yet another paternity claim from a fan. A 25-year-old, unidentified woman has come forward and declared that she became pregnant with Bieber’s child. The alleged conception occurred in Miami in 2010, where the woman claims to have met Biever at TGI Friday’s.
This is the second Paternity claim made against Bieber – the singer previously had to defend himself against fan Mariah Yeater who claimed to have conceived his child during a tryst backstage at a concert. On both occasions Bieber’s camp claimed the stories to be completely fabricated.
With Bieber’s recent antics rallying against bouncers at a London nightclub, another claim against his character could be all it takes to send his charming good-boy reputation into freefall.
It’s the news we’ve been waiting for for over a decade! Or at least, it might be. In an interview for E! News yesterday, former Spice Girl Melanie Brown made some very intriguing comments about the possibility of a Spice Girl reunion.
Most excitingly, when asked whether the group would ever record another album, the singer seemed very open to the idea saying, ‘Well, you know what, nobody thought we were going to get together last year to do the Olympics, and so, I always say I’m not gonna say anything. Just let whatever happens, happen. Why say ‘yes’ just yet? But maybe.’
We gave up hope on any new Spice Girls songs years ago, but the discovery that the girls themselves haven’t given up hope is thrilling! With news like this we’ll be singing into our hairbrushes all week.
