1. Essential Fatty Acids or EFA’s have been proven to help increase energy levels, deeper sleep, improved sense of physical and psychological wellbeing (mood), more relaxed feelings and improved ability to deal with stressful situations.
EFA’s affect the nervous system and help the body to increase a feeling of calmness.
You can either supplement with a fish oil capsules approximately two per day or increase your consumption of fish, nuts, and seed, avocado and flaxseeds oil. Eat your way to calmer you.
2. Selenium is a very high antioxidant with the added benefits in helping the body decrease anxiety and increase mood.
