These delicious little balls will last a few weeks in the fridge, or you can keep them in the freezer and they’ll last forever.
This crisp weather can have you yearning for little something to ward off the chill, or to accompany a big mug of hot chocolate! The solution? Lola Berry’s incredible Choc Berry Balls.
Choc Berry Balls are easy to make and absolutely delicious – especially when you’re craving something sweet. The perfect treat to share around the office, or have on hand for unexpected afternoon visitors.
Ingredients:
- 3 cups of rolled oats
- 1 cup quinoa flakes
- 1/2 cup of crushed almonds
- 1 cup of dried goji berries
- 1/2 cup of chopped and pitted medjool dates
- 3 tablespoons of raw cocoa
- 1/3 cup of maple syrup
- 1/2 cup of chocolate Almond Breeze
- 1/2 cup of extra virgin coconut oil
Method:
- Blend up all the ingredients together in a food processor
- Roll into little balls then put them in the fridge
- Tip: if the mixture isn’t sticking together, then add a little extra chocolate Almond Breeze until you get the perfect rolling consistency.
