Ingredients
250 ml (9 fl oz/1 cup) coconut water
45 g (1½ oz/1 cup) baby spinach leaves
30 g (1 oz/1 cup) kale ribbons (stalks removed, leaves sliced and massaged)
250 g (9 oz/2 cups) cauliflower florets
1 frozen banana, chopped
1 orange, peeled and deseeded
3 tablespoons mint leaves
2 teaspoons SWIISH WELLNESS
SUPERGREEN Superfood Powder
Method
Put all the ingredients into a blender, add 125 ml (4 fl oz/½ cup) of water and process until smooth. Add your toppings* of choice.
