In 2002 Sally became a Personal Trainer & for the last 19 years has been helping women around the globe reach their hormone health, fitness & fat loss goals.
In 2013 after competing for 5 years in fitness model competitions & implementing BioSignature, (study of hormones & their correlation to body fat storage) she launched her online business & published a book Healthy Body, balance your hormones & shred fat for life, Rockpool Publishing.
Since then Sally has continued teaching women worldwide to make friends with muscle which in turn will help balance their hormones & shred fat for life.
One of the key ingredients for hormone health is muscle and her mission is to encourage women around the globe to “hustle for the muscle” & learn how crucial the right type of training plan is for improving lean muscle mass.
