Starting today, you can share multiple photos and videos in one post on Instagram. With this update, you no longer have to choose the single best photo or video from an experience you want to remember. Now, you can combine up to 10 photos and videos in one post and swipe through to see them all!
This is a serious game-changer. Whether you’re creating a step-by-step tutorial or sharing a collection from your latest vacation, you can now share more than just one moment without worrying about over-posting!
How it works:
Step One: Tap the upload button as you normally would and select the new option to upload multiple photos and videos.
Step Two: Edit your post as little or as much as you want – filter everything at once or edit individual photos and videos.
Step Three: The cover photo of your post will be the first photo or video you share. Tap and hold to change the order or remove a photo or video from your selection.
Step Four: Captions and location tags apply to the entire post, as well as likes and comments. You can tag friends in individual photos and videos.
Step Five: When you see a post like this in feed, you’ll notice [grey bars/blue dots] at the bottom. Swipe back and forth to view the entire post.
