To finish off a delicious Summer of Riesling, Rescu. is partnering with Vintage Cellars for a very special event featuring Manu Feildel, Clarissa Weearasana and Patrick White.
You’re invited to attend the convivial evening where fine wines will be paired with incredible home cooked fare to celebrate Riesling as the Summer wine for all occasions.
The menu includes Malaysian family classics including mince pork san choy bow, black mee hokkien noodles with prawn and pork, and chicken curry with steamed rice all prepared by Manu Feildel and Clarissa Weerasana.
On the evening Sommelier and Wine Writer Patrick White will be taking patrons through a selection of his favourite Rieslings from Australia and New Zealand.
