HORMONE + PMS SUPPORT: Chaste Tree maintains and supports healthy reproductive hormones. Vitamins B3 and B6 support nervous system health and function, and support energy production. Magnesium supports muscle relaxation and function, along with supporting healthy blood glucose. Chaste Tree has been traditionally used in western herbal medicine to reduce and relieve symptoms of premenstrual tension, menstrual cycle irregularity and irregular periods. Dong Quai has been traditionally used in Chinese medicine to reduce and relieve menstrual cycle irregularity and irregular periods and to tonify and nourish the blood.
