RESCU: What did your mum or grandmother teach you about beauty that you still reference now?
Rosie Huntington-Whiteley: To put a smile on your face and you will look beautiful!
RESCU: If one day you had a daughter, what’s the best career, health and beauty advice you’d share with her.
Rosie Huntington-Whiteley: I would definitely empower her to work hard towards her goals and never take no for an answer, to get outdoors every day and enjoy exercise, to remember that beauty is a direct reflection of how you view yourself and that everyone is beautiful in their own way.
RESCU: What’s your best beauty or health tip to beat jet-lag and helps you look and feel incredible.
Rosie Huntington-Whiteley: Get lots of sleep, drink lots of water and wear something very comfortable! I like to keep my makeup to a minimum when flying so I apply ModelCo BB Plus Cream as it provides me with lightweight coverage and feels amazing on my skin.
RESCU: Do you have a favourite smoothie or snack that makes you bounce with energy when you are on a shoot or travelling?
Rosie Huntington-Whiteley: I absolutely love green smoothies! My energy levels are always higher when I start my day with a green smoothie.
RESCU: What’s your best green smoothie recipe?
Rosie-Huntington-Whiteley: I always try to incorporate celery, spinach, kale and pears to my smoothies along with banana and a bit of almond butter to give it a boost of sweetness
