The Dukan Diet is back! Well, sort of.
Pierre Dukan, the man behind the phenomenally successful Dukan Diet book series has released a brand new book, The Dukan Diet 100 Eat as Much as You Want Foods.
People love the Dukan Diet because it’s nowhere near as restrictive as other diet and lifestyle plans. Yet it’s become the supposed answer to the question of ‘why don’t French women get fat?’
The four stage plan has been launched in 20 countries and 10 languages with millions of book sales.
