Do you find it tricky to achieve a flawless under eye look? Beauty Expert Michael Brown is here to teach you which concealer to use, when and how?
What most people don’t realise is that concealing and correcting are two different things – both however are necessary for achieving an unblemished, flawless skin finish. Bobbi Brown’s Intensive Skin Serum Corrector and Intensive Skin Serum Concealer are the perfect under eye duo to complete your flawless look.
STEP 1: CORRECT
The first step is to correct any darkness before you can conceal and brighten the eye. If you or do not correct, you will not block out the blue tone and therefore when the concealer is later applied, the result can appear grey in colour under the eyes. The darker the circle, the more orange based the corrector must be to even out the skin. For fair skin, use a peach tone and for olive skin, use an orange tone.
TIP: Using the in-built applicator, dot the product on the dark shadow area, no more than half way under the eye, and then blend.
STEP 2: CONCEAL:
Once the colour corrector has been applied, concealer is used to brighten the under eye area. The shade should be one or two shades lighter than your foundation colour.
TIP: Apply directly over areas where the corrector gives shade by dabbing and blending gently into the area. Consider using a Concealor Brush to get for more delicate spots that are harder to reach.
The intensive Skin Serum Corrector and intensive Skin Serum are infused with treatment benefits to assist the delicate under eye skin area.
