Ingredients
30ml belvedere vodka
30ml grappa tignanello
1 scoop peach and lemon sorbet
Top prosecco
Garnish: mint leaf, flower
Method
Combine belvedere, grappa tignanello, and lemoncello with your sorbet into a cocktail shaker. Gently add prosecco and whisk to a creamy consistency then pour into a champagne flute and serve.
